The unit we are studying now is about space. Here are 2 questions. You can answer both, or just one of them.
1. Do you believe there are other life forms that exist on other planets in the universe? Why or why not?
2. Does your native country have a lot of interest in space? Does your culture and home country think that investigating space is important? Give some examples.
1.I believe that there are planets with high civilization in the universe except the earth. Because the space is very huge.
ReplyDelete2.In Japan, a lot of scientists investigate the space. For example, The Hayabusa engineering spacecraft. However, Japanese Government is going to cut down the fund of the space development.
I really believe that there are other life forms on other planets in the universe. Because I do not know how much the size of the universe and the secrets of the universe. I would like travel for romantic adventure in the universe.I have a question to Cody Rae.If your baby ask you about UFO or alien, how will you answer your baby?

i dont believe that on other planets in the universe are other life forms exist, because of my religion. my religion gives me for everything an answer thats why i dont think about things like that. i think people who doesnt have a religion are busying them self with questions like this because everyone believe in something.
ReplyDelete1. My opinion is similar with Tomona and Keiko's. I believe that there are extraterrestrial lives in the universe. Because we never know about the entire space that is amazing huge. It mean there is a possibility that some other life forms exist out side of the earth.
ReplyDelete2. We have an organization named JAXA(Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency) that in charge of all Japanese space developing programs. Recently the budget for JAXA has been decreasing, such as amount of it in last year was only one tenth comparing with NASA. But they're still working hard to investigate space. We believe that Japanese technology has been useful for the future.
1. My answer is yes and no. I don’t think that it is absolutely certain there are other life forms exist on other planets. But no wonder they exist on other planets like human beings exist on the earth.
ReplyDelete2. In my country Japan, Aerospace Basic Act was enforced in 2008. By this law, the prime minister replaced the ministry of Education as a leader of my country’s space development project. Now, our space development is not only research but also national strategy including military (defensive security, not aggression) purposes.
But I think many Japanese people don’t know this change. The space development of Japan has depended on U.S.A., therefore people think it is like someone’s else business.
1. Yes, I believe that there are any other life forms that exist on the other planets in the universe. Because even though there are a lot of things which of we are unsure, there are more things in the universe.
ReplyDelete2. However, Japanese government has cut the budget of space development, it has been sending Japanese astronauts to U.S. space shuttles, and also Russian Soyuz. The skill they exhibited in carrying out their duties won international acclaim.
The Universe is infinite, we would never know if there would have been other life forms that exist on other planets. We know that there is water on Mars that it. I leave the scientist find out those things, because me, I have more concern to think about.

ReplyDeleteI think that people will have always questions about the Universe. Humankind discovered many important things and I think that more they will be searching more they will know. My opinion is that in the Universe is something else than just us. As we know we are not the only planet and we know that its impossible for us to live on different one. But maybe somewhere out there exist different forms of life and its just a matter of time when we will know for sure. I dont believe in UFO or other signs its just people imagination and they make themselves to believe in these things because they need to believe in something. Only scientist know more then regular people so I will let them do their job and we will see. Who knows maybe one day we will be watching the very beginning of new life somewhere else.
ReplyDeleteI don't believe in life form as people or animals on the other planets because I guess we are the most developed planet in our solar system. There could be bacteria like things.

I think the possibility that creature lives on other planets is quite big.
The reason is "water".
As you know,the lives on the earth started from the sea.
According to the report that NASA and ESA(European Space Agency) release this month,there was water on Mars more than 3.5 billion years ago.
It shows the possibility of that other planets might have water.
It means that there might be creatures on other planets.
